In order to keep the project under budget, we use a milestone-based design methodology. We split larger projects into small parts.

We do not charge by the hour - we invoice lump sum per milestone completed to your satisfaction. Each milestone is designed to be a standalone product, starting from something simple but functional. Milestones include a written progress report, screenshots, and a playable demo of the work in progress. After each milestone, our clients are given a chance to offer feedback, suggestions, and features can be added piece by piece in this manner until the final goal is reached. This iterative development methodology empowers our clients to have absolute control of the final budget.
