TAPI Compatibility Required:

TAPI is a standard way of performing telephony functions that allows any TAPI compliant hardware to work with MassDial Pro. Unfortunately, as of 1999 less than half of available voice modems are completely TAPI compliant, and many cheaper modems will be unable to understand .WAV files.

We have successfully used and tested a Dialogic Proline 2V and it works using TWO LINES AT THE SAME TIME, and works perfectly, quickly and robustly - but it is expensive. If you require one, we will happily include one for you on your order at cost.
