A highly respected publisher of educational board games approached us with the idea of taking one of their popular board games and turning it into a 3d video game.

Children are challenged with multiplication problems in order to win a strategy game that features airplanes and valuable artifacts. Cute cartoon characters encourage kids to attempt to dominate the skies in this fast action edu-tainment title.

The environment is animated in realtime 3d at very high framerates, and the world is filled with detailed props such as fighter jets, 12 sided dice, crates containing 'top secret' treasure, and many tropical islands covered in trees and buildings. The water reflects the cartoon sunlight and movie style music adds to the excitement.

Programmed using 3d studio max and Adobe Director 11.5, this video was used at trade shows to advertise the board game to teachers and school boards, as well as parents. The added benefit of a flashy video presentation is that kids also got in on the buzz! Back...
