Odyssey © 2001. An adventure game engine for a pilot project by an entertainment startup, I programmed features in C++ capable of handling adventure-game events and scripting. I implemented texture transparencies, light glows, fog, AI movement and pathfinding, inventory control and item pickups, sound effects and more. An artist created the textures using traditional oil paint. This gives the models and backgrounds an artistic flavour, like they came out of a story book.
